First off, can people say hello anymore!!! The room is way too small. The fitted sheet on the bed did not fit and there is no mattress cover over the mattress(very gross). There was a hair on my towel! The smoke detector in the room is hanging down and not attached to the ceiling. The toilet is not screwed down properly to the floor so every time you get up it sounds like it’s gonna break!!! Breakfast was terrible….said they had eggs and either sausage or bacon(the pan was there) but no food!! I will never stay here again and we used to awhile back!!

Within 5 minutes of walking in our room, we closed the window curtains to find a cockroach on the curtain. I called downstairs to ask for a new room and was told they had no extra rooms. I then got the cockroach into a plastic cup and brought it downstairs to show the front desk and asked to talk with a manager. The worker told me I would need to wait until morning to talk with the manager to get a refund. Apparently no manager works mornings or nights because that next morning once again no manager to talk too. We slept in our car. Overall a gross and disgusting experience and would advise anyone to choose a different hotel for a better experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked this hotel for a 1 night stay for a concert. I paid, and my friend and I went to the room. The mattresses were soooo thin. I've seen bigger ones on a futon. I have a cage in my back and could not sleep on it. There were bugs in the bathroom. That was it for us. I have been trying to reach a manager since the 23rd of February. IT IS NOW THE 3RD OF MARCH. They always say he's not in. Call in the morning...not there....call in the afternoon.....not there. I even left a msg for them to call me back. I am out $138 for this. I will never ever stay there...even the shuttle bus drivers to the casinos do not recommend this place. Its disgusting...!!!! It's a total dump. The elevator smells like its burning. NASTY PLACE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Last minute reservation for a wrestling tournament (we decided to leave the night before so we didn't have to leave quite as early). The front desk was exceptional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was wonderful with biscuits, sausage, gravy, and waffles along with other breakfast things. My teenager even burned her waffle at 6:30 when breakfast first opened and staff was quick to help and gently tease her in good natured fun.

Do not stay here! This place is disgusting. The room was SO small, there was gross, brown, shag carpet over top of the air unit. Everything seemed damaged, dirty and outdated. I cannot believe I had to pay $209 to stay in a room that was so bad. Also, the room is SMALL, the TV is small, there is no wifi. I was VERY close to sleeping in my car.
