Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Mt. Pleasant

Spent Christmas night here. Everything was just perfect. I have to say the rooms are as clean as ever and the bed was the type you wanted to pick up and take home.... thank you for all the pillows. The attendant who was working was very pleasant and informed us of the Ice storm that was headed their way. THANK YOU

Positive: The counter staff are phenomenal! Negative: It?s dirty. The room was dirty. There was a bug in the shower and hair on the floor. It looks run down. The bed is super lumpy and the pillows are too soft and lumpy. The room was hot and would not cool down.

My husband and I stayed one night and it was great! Room was clean and very comfortable. We didn't go in the pool but I did walk in there to check it out. Very clean also! Breakfast was great and hot! The lady at the front desk was amazing and very personable/helpful! Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

Could not be happier with my stay. Staff was very accommodating and attentive and the facility was as good as any I gave stayed at in the past. It was convenient to get to, had many surrounding amenities, with local entertainment. I would recommend to anyone looking yo stay in the area. Especially on business. Wendy at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly and knowledgeable and made me and my sons feel welcome after a long car ride! Great hotel! Customer service and help by Christie for an important item we left in our room was priceless!!!
