Mount Pleasant Resort

We learned something new. Our minds were blown away 🤯. Now we have a whole new level of thinking about RVs and camping. Thanks so much for all the information.

Chelsea did a great job presenting the resort and what it all has to offer. She did so well that we decided to become members. Once we got home and I started to really look over everything, I realized we were getting screwed over. (Our fault for not looking over everything) I went ahead and followed the contract to cancel the membership. I drove to Bay City and hand delivered the cancellation letter and everything that goes along with it. I was told that I’ll get a call in 2-3 days regarding refund. Guess what? I still haven’t received a call and decided to call the main office. I was told that it could take up to nine days… But that doesn’t make sense when in the contract we would have a complete refund within 10 days of our cancellation request. We camped loved the location. Great shopping, Casino and water park is close. Pool and hot tubs were clean and well kept. Employees are friendly, lawns mowed, no garbage problems. Hook ups were maintained. Ponderosa is right down the street, love the steaks.

If you don't need internet service this is your place, lot sizes are good. Wi-Fi is very spotty. My husband needs it for work so we purchased the wifi still not good connection so now we have paid almost $30 for the week and still do not get good reception. |The pool has too many chemicals, and the hot tub is not being cleaned properly. The bottom is almost brown. |What are our dues covering?

People are extremely friendly it's nice and quiet everything is immaculately clean property is well maintained and taken care of it's an excellent place to stay the staff is so friendly and helpful different events every weekend it's a really great place
