Quality Inn Logan near University

This place is a dump. They have no hot water. We were here for a volleyball tournament and where not able to shower. Spoke to the front desk and they advise to let the water run for 20 minutes and eventually it will turn warm. This hotel doesn't even provide the basic amenities. Do not stay here. They know it's an issue and have done nothing to address it. What a joke to be in the hotel business and not be able to provide hot water. This is not Pakistan!!!!

Great hotel at a decent price. What you would expect for a two star hotel in this price range. Breakfast was good, some reviewers didn’t like it but it was pretty good. The reason for the three star review is the fact that they don’t have a Hot tub when it seemed like they did from past past pictures, the google summary, and the door/signs that say “Pool and Spa.” You. Can see where the hot tub used to be, but it is now boarded up. Also the pool is kept at the same temperature that competition pools are kept at so it is quite chilly for just sitting there. The TV in room 223 also had a line down it. Over all pretty good, but there are some improvements they could make both in the building (non hidden cables to he front desk access point) but primarily in communicating they don’t have a h

Positive: The staff was willing to move our room to the back of the hotel after we weren't able to sleep the first night because the fridge was noisy and we were facing a freeway that was very noisy. Negative: The room wasn't that nice, we were near a freeway and the fridge in the room was super noisy.

Good breakfast, nice staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. We have stayed here alot and it's a good stay for the price. We didn't use the pool this time but it's usually a little cold for myself, kids might be okay with that. Even though it's close to the road you cannot hear the traffic. My only complaint is that the lights outside came into our windows even with the drapes. It was hard to fall asleep. But I've stayed in other rooms and this was the first time I had an issue. Overall it's a good price and comfy stay. It never feels sketchy or loud. I think it's perfect for those who want a quiet and calm stay. We plan on staying here again next time we come out.

There was a horrific smell in the room the whole time. We could not figure it out the first day and the second day we found a poopy diaper behind the tv/fridge/microwave stand. I brought it to the front desk’s attention and they apologized and wrote it down and said they would talk to housekeeping. I was very surprised they didnt offer us a refund or discpunt or a free stay or anything. I own several businesses and of something like that were to happen I would take very good care of my client and reimburse them or do something for them to make things right and assure they would return. I am a pretty reasonable person but that was disappointing how it was handled. Everything else was fine.
