The Flats Luxury Suites

They've done a marvelous job of renovating this building into beautiful upscale industrial hotel rooms! Check in and out was extremely easy. We loved the location with free street parking that felt safe. We lived that we were in walking distance to so many stores and restaurants! We were able to walk to an amazing Indian restaurant for dinner and then Le Croissant for breakfast. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I hadn't even realized that they were dual controlled settings that would allow you to recline your back and feet and had massage settings. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in Logan and this would even make a great Staycation!

Stay was very comfortable. Downtown is very walkable from this location. It felt like home; large enough to feel like an apartment. They have done a very good job with the decorating and furnishings. Great communication from the staff.

The suites are within walking distance of the Center Street area for entertainment and many restaurant options. In the flat most finishes were of higher quality and the amenities were nice, BUT...|The Lower Flat is dark and dank. It needs a dehumidifier.|Being the basement it doesn't have normal windows which was expected but they could have at least provided proper lighting. The bulbs in the main area need to be replaced with a higher Kelvin, closer to 4000K. One could always utilize the dimmer switch if you want mood lighting. I'm sure it was supposed to feel industrial but, it felt like a semi-finished dungeon.|I removed my shoes out of respect for the carpeted area but my new white socks became grey on the bottom after walking across the floor once.|They provide every spice you could i

Great space to spend our anniversary. The room is very nice and has luxurious furnishings. As a contractor I can tell they went above and beyond in this renovation. The wonderful bed, large TV, spacious bathroom and shower made this feel more like home. Great use of space and impressive style! Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend and we were wanting something different than the typical hotel room. The Flats did not disappoint! We stayed in the lower flat where we found everything immaculate and well thought out. The bed, bedding and linens were all wonderful! We were lucky enough to meet the owner and she showed us the South Flat on the upper level. It was gorgeous as well. Cool architecture and artwork and unique finishes that made us feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you A & C! We will be back!
