ZERO STARS!!! 0/5 Our stay from November 30 to December 5 was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We requested a first-floor room near the laundry area, and my wife even waited over three hours in the lobby for it. Because of miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping, that entire wait was for nothing. After all that time, we were given a room nowhere near our request and told the hotel was “fully booked” — even though the website clearly showed availability. When we finally got into the room, it was filthy. There were hairs on the bed, stains, and surfaces that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We contacted the front desk and spoke with Jordan, who was rude, dismissive, and kept repeating there was “nothing she could do.” No room change, no upgrade, no solution —

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Logan for once night while visiting USU just down the road. Checked in on the app. I had a nice large suite with a comfortable bed. The gas fireplace was nice. The hotel is what you would expect. Only complaint was a cold hot tub…I was really looking forward to a soak.||Lots of places to eat close by. Breakfast was standard, but good. I would certainly stay here again if I was in the area.

Positive: Front desk and food service staff were lovely Negative: shower door super old school and cheesy but it was clean. Did not l like that the toilet door was translucent. The other guest needed to use the bathroom a lot at night so we left the light on in there however it lit up the entire room.

When I checked in, I was greeted warmly by Joann. I travel a lot and sometimes the check in process feels mechanical, this was not the case with Joann. She was kind and sincere! My car was at the mechanic and I needed a late check out, Errianna didn't blink an eye when I asked for a 2 hour extension on the morning of my check out. My car was still not ready and I came down to the lobby to wait. I had a nice conversation with Errianna and she gave me a 2nd welcome gift of water and treats while I waited in the lobby!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay from start to finish! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The staff was friendly and made check-in a breeze. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and the location can’t be beat — close to everything in Logan but still quiet and relaxing. Definitely my top pick for a hotel in the valley!
