Holiday Inn Express & Suites Logan by IHG

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express in North Logan for 4 days and 3 nights. It was a relaxing, comfortable stay! The property is exceptionally clean, well kept and welcoming! The staff are warm, friendly and inviting. The breakfast is hot, fresh and delicious! You are served your choice of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, veggie omelets, patty turkey sausage, pork sausage links, homestretch hash browns potatoes, assorted cold cereals, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, tea, coffee, waffles, pancakes and more! Generous and freshly made! The room looked brand new! It smelled clean. No smoke or stale air. Dove products for body wash, hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Excellent mattress, pillows, bedding and fresh sheets! The window is large and let's in plenty of natura

The hotel has lemon water and chocolate chip cookies near the front desk. By the time we got there around 5:00 the cookies were gone. This is not a complaint just an observation and to let people know. The room was nice, we did have to make up the sofa bed ourselves. We were right next to the elevator and didn't notice an increase in traffic noise or the use of the elevator. It has a well-lit parking lot and I felt safe in it. If you need to refill a water bottle and the lemon water is no longer available. The Fitness Center has a drinking fountain, down the hall from the Swimming Pool. The Swimming Pool has lots of towels, places to sit. A 3 foot shallow end and a 6 foot deep end. For being an indoor heated pool it wasn't very warm. The hot tub wasn't as hot as I expected. We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Logan, Utah on Monday, October 20 and Tuesday, October 21, 2025, and arranged for our 96-year-old father to stay on Tuesday, October 21, and Wednesday, October 22, 2025. We booked our reservation by phone, speaking with Andrea Carpio. She was cordial, extremely helpful and courteous in helping us arrange for our own room. ||Our room was clean, comfortable, and the beds just right for a good sleep. Unlike some places we've stayed, the refrigerator temperature wasn't pre-set so cold that our food froze in it. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very pleasant. Nice rooms, good amenities. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are comfortable and rooms were very clean and have a new feel. Only complaint is that it took a long time to check in. Process was very slow and wasn't that busy. Reservation also got messed up. We reserved a suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed but when we got there, no sofa bed. Had to run and buy an air mattress. Staff didn't seem like they wanted to help much with this issue.

Fresh facility with fully working amenities, well maintained and spotless. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Cleaning staff well treated and in good spirits. Great mountain views too.
