Hampton Inn & Suites Logan

Wonderful location, extremely clean, fun pool and very tidy fitness room. Morgan at the front desk handled a busy Saturday night with confidence and positivity! She learned that it was a special occasion for my husband and took care of us with such kindness! I would certainly stay again.

Positive: Clean. Staff was friendly. Negative: The pool ran out of towels. We asked the front desk if they could bring more but they said “sorry, we’re out”. I thought that was real weird. So me and my kids had to walk back up to my room dripping wet and cold.

First this place is right on Main Street in Logan. Our room literally looked out on Main Street. (We had asked for a room with a tub which resulted in a wheel chair access room on the first floor). So I kinda understand but still just don’t think the hotel is on that great of a place. Even hotels off main roads are usually set back. And I just don’t think (even with inflation) that it’s worth $180 a night. Finally they refused to give us a late checkout. Boo.

At a certain point, the comfort and atmosphere of a hotel becomes the expectation with a reputable and proven brand such as Hilton. The rooms are nice, the hotel is clean, the location is optimal. However, the service you recieve and the dedication of the on site staff is what seperates the good stays from the best stays. Issac made sure this was a best stay. Great staff at this location.

Best place every year for our Grandparent's camp. Staff is fantastic, they are very helpful and great with our entire family, they keep their hotel clean, and the pool is always hot. The GM makes booking a block of rooms easy and hassle free. This was our 5th year having Grandparents camp at this hotel, that's how much we like it... 🙂
