Quality Inn

The room and motel was nicely updated but the bathroom brought what I thought was a nice room to a $49/ night room. I don’t think it cost that much just to replace rusty hinges. Rusty toilet paper holder and peeling hollow door. The ceiling light/fan filthy and missing the cover. Couldn’t use the fan as it squealed super loud. |Also Tv in the room was old and bad picture. Should also be updated. |For $141/ night it should have been nicer.

Don’t hesitate to book. Room was updated, bed was comfy and bedding was great. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Only complaint - it was bright outside of our room, which I understand for safety, but it just made the room brighter than we prefer. Some rooms in different areas might not have that problem.

I do NOT recommend this hotel unless you there is nowhere else to go. Staff was friendly, but definitely stay away from Room 222! (See photos) (1) There was no toilet paper holder or towel rack, so housekeeping just put it all on the top of the toilet tank. (2) The bath fan didn't work, had no cover and looked disgusting. (3) The bathtub faucet leaked all night and has begun removing the painted finish from the tub. (4) The bathroom sink took approx. 10 minutes to drain - we timed it! (5) The fitted bed sheet was not clean. There were red stains along the edge (I took a photo of one of the edges) and another stain on the main part of the fitted sheet. (6) But the WORST PART! The door to the room does not "stay" closed unless you turn the deadbolt. You can literally push/pull it open wit

In my photos, and my comments, I start with the good impressions, and then move towards the bad impressions. Good things were that the management was very kind. The room itself was very clean, so much so that the smell of bleach was a little strong when we walked in, but we were able to take care of that by airing it out with an open door for a few minutes. The furnishings and fixtures in general are new and look nice. The paint in the room is new and looks nice. However, there were other things that need to be addressed. First of all, there were stains on the cover lit on top of the bed as well as on one of the towels. Customer service: awesome! So friendly and happy. Beds: oh so comfortable!! Pillows: amazing!! 🤩 You don't need to bring your own. We used the hotel pillows instead of the ones we brought. Our pets welcomed with open arms. New favorite place to stop.
