Motel 6

What a dump. Moldy bathroom. Dirty threadbare old towels. Yuck. Just yuck. Paint chipping everywhere. Holes in the wall. Doors are dirty. Bed looked clean but the rest of the room makes me doubt its cleanliness. Parking lot is filthy, lobby is in disarray. Just passing through and all other hotels were sold out otherwise would’ve left.

The concierge was absolutely wonderful. I needed to extend my time and he was able to make that happen with no issues. The room was the best Motel6 room I've had yet. The fridge and microwave were a blessing. It does need to be sprayed for critters. The heat/cooling was superb and looked clean. It appeared to be mold- free which a lot of the Motel6's have issues with. It was very quiet which allowed me to work and the cleaning crew don't bleach the room. There are many cleaning products which work just as well as bleach and while I am all for clean, some Motel6's bleach the room, which is overwhelming. I can't stay in a bleached room. Overall, it was a very nice room, well-stocked and quiet. I look forward to staying there again.

We stopped here to spend the night after booking on Hotwire and it was adequate for our needs. We only stayed one night and I likely wouldn't have stayed much longer. My opinion would be it was more of a 2 star hotel as opposed to a 2.5 star.||The good:|1. Clean firm bed and room|2. Good Breakfast||The Not so good:|1. No battery in fire alarm -see attached photo|2. Our room was on the side next to a car wash. Apparently someone decided they needed a car wash around 4:30 AM and you could here the speaker telling them to pull in.|3. The hair dryer in the room looked rough - see attached photo|4. The latch on the door didn't work b/c it was missing a piece|5. The shower water did not drain well

I am writing about my dis-satisfaction of our recent stay in your hotel chain from May 20-23, 2021. We had two separate rooms. ||Room 1 smelled like smoke (marijuana) in a non smoking room. I am guessing it was coming in from other rooms. Room 2 had a terrible odor and we even tried to mask it with Frebreze in both rooms to no avail. ||||The hotel is in decline mode. I remember the days when these rooms were nice. It doesn't seem as though maintenance is even accomplished.||||1 - Room 1 Door light comes through the door and that is where the smell is coming in from. ||2 - Room 1 The clock is broken. Now that would be an easy fix as all the rooms in this establishment is not being used. ||3 - Room 1 The second dresser drawer has something in it that was spilled by previous residen

Terrible motel. Filthy sidewalks with band aids, tissues food scraps. Trash cans out side way overflowing. Torn lamp shades, towels so old they were gray! No top sheet on the bed. Bath fan covered over with sheet rock and the health dept should be notified. Lobby door locked and didn't open for breakfast until after 8:30. Do not stay here, it the worst room i have ever seen.
