Quality Inn Kanab National Park Area

Amazing location, just about 20-30 minutes from local attractions like the national park and other hiking points. The rooms really impressed us--super clean, neatly organized, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really yummy too, with meat options like sausage and burger patties, eggs, juice options, caffeine drinks, and fruits. They have laundry room options for guests, but it only takes coins (if you have paper money, they can help you exchanging it for coins). Considering the price we paid and the quality we received, this was a great deal! Staff was very helpful, everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay!

The stay was ok. Bathroom not super clean as we expected. Breakfast good for the area, beds were clean but pillows were high, so I had trouble falling asleep. The toilets are too old that some extra toilet paper will clog them. Night staff was not super-friendly and reluctantly provided extra blankets. The rest of the staff was nice and funny. The hotel has a basement floor dedicated to dog owners, although I understand the reason, rooms were pretty small for a family plus dog. The location was easily accessible. I was pretty upset because the pool was shut down instead of filled with warm water. They should have not advertised it online if it was not available. No jacuzzi on the property made it even worse as the town is small and does not have any night life, hence the jacuzzi could be a

Rooms are pretty clean. They do need to be updated. The jetted tub seemed dirty and so we opted for a shower instead. The shower is pretty slippery. If they updated the bathrooms and the curtains in the room it would make a great difference. The location and price is right. Beautiful area and plenty of places to choose from to eat.

Unfortunately, not a good experience, the ground floor room do not have any ramp access or direct ground access. The only way to them is be a stairs for the second floor rooms do have ramp access however, I guess there was a misunderstanding when I made my reservation, but the bigger issue is the rooms are very noisy to the point that I I could hear water running from the I think it's upstairs the faucet was left on in my room, oddly the shower soap is mounted next to the sink in the room not in the shower, several of the tiles in the bathroom are simply loose and would pop out of play one stepped on, staff was pleasant and helpful, given it was a holiday weekend, and they were quite full, there was not much they were able to do other than the apologetic.

We booked through Booking.com for my daughter who was planning two days of volunteer work at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. When my 18yo daughter arrived at the desk to check in for 3 prepaid nights they said they have a 21+ property and she could not stay. This was only in the very fine print on Booking.com and is not the law. Most other properties in Kanab are 18+. I asked Booking.com for a refund and they said they would only do it if Quality Inn agreed. They asked Quality Inn and the hotel said no. This is terrible customer service for absolutely no reason. The hotel was nowhere near full in the offseason and Booking.com told the hotel they would refund all booking fees to them. Why would any hotel act like this to guests?
