Grand Plateau RV Resort

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect. No more than an hour from Zion, Bryce Canyon and caves. I think this is a winter season thing but they keep the cover on the hot tub. You just have to press a button to roll up the cover. No bugs and kept clean. Then close the cover when you leave. Great pickleball court. We would stay here again.

Our extended stay at Grand Plateau turned out to be one of the highlights of our time in southern Utah. Nestled beneath the breathtaking Vermilion Cliffs, the park is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. We especially loved ending our evenings in the pool or hot tub, soaking in the views and quiet atmosphere.|But what really makes Grand Plateau special is the people. Michelle and Red, along with their wonderful team, go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. They’re passionate pickleball players and often invite guests to join them for games either at the resort or in Kanab. Came for the Balloons and Tunes Festival in Feb 2026. Stayed at RV site P8 in the cul de sac with our Wasatch Airstream friends. Restroom showers are fantastic (rain and wand), water nice and hot. Full hook ups and a gathering room. Will definitely stay again!

We should have written a review months ago…we stayed here a couple, maybe three times this year and all I can say is WOW! Michele and her team are awesome! The park is centrally located for all kinds of day trips, it’s super well cared for and in my opinion the nicest place to park and stay for a bit! Seriously, one of my favorites! They were so accommodating, and we can’t wait to return…5 stars for sure! Greg and Carolee

Stayed at Grand Plateau for a week during our recent October vacation. This RV resort was central to all the activities that we had planned for Southern Utah and Northern Arizona - Great Home base! Sites were spacious and accommodating for our 40ft 5th wheel. Shower and bathroom area were VERY clean and private. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after a long day of visiting the National Parks. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!
