Quality Inn Jackson

No chair for desk. Room is dirty, left over food in the fridge. No hot water for Shower. No soap for shower. Toilet paper was empty. Only one outlet works so I have to unplug microwave to charge phone. I payed for 5 days and on second day a guy knocked once then barged into my room like he didn't know I was in here. No coffee maker. Shower towels are dirty and old like they havent been washed in months. Might only be 50$ a night but not even worth that this place is disgusting

This was easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You get what you pay for, but this went below what I assumed was the bare minimum for a household name. As soon as I entered my room, I tried to turn the light on, but the main room light was missing and had wads of paper towel shoved into the hole where it should’ve been. Once I turned on a desk lamp, I noticed there was a large section missing from the blinds, so considering this was the ground floor, Anyone who walked up to my window, would’ve been able to see directly in. The blinds cannot be drawn closed, so I had to pull them together and then pin them with a chair. The toilet seat was also cracked through, so the one time I did use it, I was constantly being pinched. For the most part, the bedding and towels provided did seem to b

Positive: I did not like anything. The only nice person who laughed as soon as I got there was the manager/owner and the employees did nothing that she told them they had to do. Negative: Everything the staff and they had breakfast but they only did it for two hours. They ended at 8 o?clock with breakfast knowing that most people at motels do not get up until about eight and other motels do breakfast until nine.

After thoroughly reading numerous reviews about The Establishment, I have become convinced that neither they nor your company are likely to take any meaningful or effective action to address the ongoing issues related to the evident lack of proper maintenance or the absence of a dedicated, professional maintenance staff. During our recent stay, (our first stay with choice hotels) several problems were not disclosed to us beforehand, including the fact that an industrial washing machine was broken and non-functional, and sitting in the usual countertop area, which is designated for serving the Continental breakfast, and the lack of vending machines that was listed in the room that was not properly communicated. This place is aweful , first the room stunk bad , then construction workers started coming in and drinking . A band start outside out window one room over , with them doing weed out of a bong on our window sill so our room smelled of weed most of the night and this went on till almost 2 in the morning. There was a guy passed out in the lobby on the couch with a beer can still in his hand the next morning. We had booked for 2 nights but when the band started at 3:00pm again and the beer started coming out , we ask for our money back and got out . -0 on this hotel
