Home2 Suites by Hilton Jackson

My family and our dog Waffles had a great stay here. The staff is professional, friendly, and personable. The building is cute and charming. The included breakfast is awesome. The location of the hotel is great because it is near everything in Jackson, but it's also tucked away and surrounded by greenery. There is some really nice green space right next to the hotel to take your dog out. If we're back in Jackson we'll stay at Home2 Suites again.

We have been staying in this hotel for a few months while awaiting renovations of our home. Most of the people are pleasant, but we have ran into some awful housekeeping. And it’s really only one person. I don’t wanna name toss, but they really do need to look at her quality of work. Rooms have been recently updated, but we have had problems with our doors, especially the sliding doors to the bathroom bathrooms and the front door to the room not closing fully. This leaves our room unlocked in which we did end up figuring it out before anything happened to where we were just close our door and I have to make sure it’s secure. Excellent Stay at Home2 Suites. Comfortable, Clean, and Welcoming! I had a fantastic experience staying at Home2 Suites Jackson. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. I especially appreciated the full-sized fridge, microwave, and the little kitchen setup perfect for longer stays. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern decor gave the room a fresh, relaxing vibe. I also loved the gym and laundry area super convenient and well-kept. This location is very nice for a day or 3 stay. My family was put up here for the duration of a 3 week lead removal project in our home. The breakfast is fantastic and if you're only here for a few days you will thoroughly enjoy it, it does however get repetitive after about a week. The staff is very friendly, we especially had great interactions with the front desk clerk who's name i believe was Gabe. He was always very friendly to us and our children. The pool area is nice and great for kids to enjoy. Overall we enjoyed our extended stay and would recommend the hotel.

5 Stars – Excellent Stay! We had a wonderful stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Jackson, MI. The hotel was clean, modern, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our suite was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for both relaxing and working. The full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher were great extras, especially for a longer stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We also loved the complimentary breakfast—plenty of options and everything was fresh.
