Comfort Inn & Suites Jackson North

Went over to the Tru and the Comfort Inn was so much nicer. Only thing was before 10 the breakfast bar was out of egg, & gravy. And the two workers were out front smoking. That was not very impressive. For what we paid for food there should have had food available till 10. At least that was when we were told breakfast was served till 10. Our check in was great. She was always available to help. Got us an extra blanket. So I give her high marks. Sunday check out not impressed.

I stayed at the comfort inn twice. The 2nd time is my last time. I travel for work so im looking to stay close to the hospital. Distance wise it was good. My 1st stay i was on the 1st floor it was fine. Rooms are a little old but it was clean no complaints. 2nd time I stay i was on the 3rd floor. The room i had i kept seeing stink bugs after seeing the 3rd one I left out and got another room. Still on the 3rd floor. It seemed fine the new room. I came in the the next day and saw 1 stink bug. I think they need to get that under control i want be coming back to hotel besides that the hotel was decent, they have a pool, exercise room, and breakfast in the mornings.

Positive: I didn’t like anything about this hotel Negative: The ceiling in bathroom had mold, the main door had light coming through everywhere, walls were paper thin so heard guy in the room beside us sneeze, flatulate, empty his bowels, cough, hack…if need extra towels, had to bring the used ones back first!!!!

The roof is being replaced yet there was no indication on the website. HOTELS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO POST THESE DETAILS ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! The parking lot is greatly reduced. We didn't go out to dinner last night because we wouldn't have been able to park here when we returned. No hot tub either, they covered it with a deck. REMOVE THE HOT TUB AMENITIES FROM YOUR WEBSITE PLEASE. I wouldn't stay here unless you like staying in hotels under remodel without calling the hotel directly to ascertain the status.

Room and hotel was great but the beds were double not queens as advertised. The variety of breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and clean. Would def stay again.
