Quality Inn I-10 East near Frost Bank Center

⭐ 2.5 out of 5 stars Quality Inn – Frost Bank Stadium Area The location is the best thing about this hotel being so close to Frost Bank Stadium is extremely convenient. Customer service wasn’t terrible, but it also didn’t feel very welcoming. The room itself could have been cleaner, and there were a few visible maintenance issues, including damage to the door. Breakfast was pretty limited. The waffle machine was broken, and the yogurt was expired, although the coffee was hot and fresh. Overall, it’s not the worst place to stay, but for the price they’re charging, I expected better cleanliness, upkeep, and hospitality.

Positive: Location Negative: No hand soap in the room. Breakfast was limited. Shower diverted was broken . I was given a room that smelled terrible but asked for one with no carpet and it was much better

The room needs to be remodeled. Bathroom door looked like it had been kicked and unpainted. Looked like an old door plus there was no breakfast. Everything was broken. Waffle maker, coffee maker. Muffins seemed old, didn’t dare to touch the juice dispenser. Juice probably been there for a long time. Part of the dispenser was broken. Never again, would I stay there. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The door handle to the inside of the bathroom came off and the door would not close all the way. They did accommodate a room change and were nice about it. The room had other issues and never should have been rented out.

AWFUL- worst experience ever!!! Booked this because we were taking kids to a Spurs game for a birthday celebration. We requested adjoining rooms when booking and upon arrival found out that doesn’t exist. Felt unsafe and there were a dozen toilets just sitting outside underneath the stairs to the second floor! Photos advertised on website were photo shopped or something. Super disappointed! Also, was not given a refund after they lied to me about the connecting rooms!!!
