This place don’t even deserve 1 stars I wish their was a number below zero my experience at this property was one of the most disturbing and unacceptable hotel stays I have ever had. I paid approximately $1,450 for my stay, and what I encountered was completely unacceptable for any business operating in the hospitality industry. From the very first day, serious sanitation issues were immediately apparent. Upon entering my room, I discovered old dried blood on the bed sheets. I requested clean sheets multiple times, yet the first two times the replacement sheets also had blood on them. It took three separate requests before I finally received sheets that appeared clean. Good Location but the interior upstairs needs to be renovated badly. The first floor looks amazing but once you head upstairs the outdated look begins. Elevators looked like freight elevators with missing/chipped flooring and stained walls. My room smelled bad due to either the old carpet or the AC unit. I would stay again but it would be last minute decision

I arrived and was assigned to room 212 around 11:30pm after a 12 hour drive. The room that smelled like must and smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The room also did not have a proper fire alarm installed as the places they are meant to be have plastic mounting plates and no alarm on them. I awoke earlier than I expected to roaches crawling on me and also found them on the bathroom floor. My experience was awful and the condition of that room was deplorable. I alerted a staff member and all they had to say was sorry and shrug. Furthermore, despite having signs all over the room urging you to let them know if something is wrong with the room, neither the staff at the location or the official website have an official way to actually complain about the room, hence why I am doing it

I've been staying at this place on business trips for at least 4 years. In that time they've had issues with the elevators, breakfast, wet carpet, hot water, cold water, A/C and more. Not long ago they had the water shut off for maintenance and then on this past trip they had issues with the hot water for 3 days and it was during the freeze. I was on a work trip working 11 hour days, constantly walking, very tired and sore. I didn't just want a hot shower, I needed a hot shower just to keep going but no, they couldn't provide the bare minimum. I called corporate and they started a report but said that they couldn't offer me any solution until I checked out and until the office staff called and made a formal report but when I spoke to the office staff they refused to make the call. My job placed me in this hotel while my truck was in the shop down the street, which made it super convenient for me.||I’ve stayed here 4 nights in a row & i was able to request the same room every night .. i overheard people talking about“roaches” but me personally i didnt see any in my room ! |But then again you get what you pay for 🤷🏽‍♀️ the rooms are literally going for $55 a night lol |Won’t say it’s the best but definitely not the worst.||My tv is big & there is cable , my blankets were absolutely clean no stains, my AC was super cold & the shower water was hot . What else can you really ask for ? But again NO ROACHES in my room on the 4th floor
