When I say disgusting. I mean disgusting. Bed sheets was never changed. They had stains on the sheets. The quilt had hair all over it and let's not get into the the burn holes. The carpet was never vacuum. When you walk into the bathroom it smelled like bleach but nothing was cleaned. When I say everything was out dated. The managers tried offering another room Samething and when asked for a refund they didn't want to refund the money back. Whatever you do don't book through a third party. If I could give zero I would. The only thing good was the location.

That was the most disgraceful, nasty hotel room I have ever seen. If our kids weren’t exhausted we would had chosen to drive through the night instead. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. There were red/brown splatter stains all over the walls. There were burn marks from god knows what all on the ledge of the bathtub. I was going to have my step daughter shower before bed and decided against it because it looked like she would just come out dirtier than she went in. All of the furniture was dirty. The door looked like it had been kicked in. The air in the room was just still and stale and when tried to turn the fan on the ac unit, the unit was unplugged and the outlet was covered so it couldn’t be used. The pillows were completely flat. Positive: We were able to make reservations at the very last minute.And they allowed us to check in early Negative: The bedding was dirty and smelled like old heads.I'm pretty sure the linens had not been washed at all. The hotel also advertised breakfast.It was stale toast and cereal.

Please do not come to this hotel. It’s the dirtiest place I’ve seen in a long time. The pillows were messy, like someone had been lying on the bed before giving the room to guests. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathtub was very dirty and the paint was peeling off. On top of that, they do not refund your money. I went into the room and didn’t even stay 5 minutes, and they still did not give me my money back. The worst of the worst — do not go unless you don’t care about cleanliness, then you might like this hotel! Terrible place.

We checked into Quality Inn for an overnight stay after several hours driving to North Carolina. It's located right off main high traffic highway situated near busy business district. The building was very outdate, it was after checking in when we realized had made a bad decision. The room cleanliness was definitely not up to standards. There were obvious dirt marks on bed sheets, pillow cases and towels, the tub had what appeared to be stains. Lots of damage to the room furniture, several light fixtures did not work and chair cushions were also stained. Our room door lock was broken, which caused a very safety concerned. The real deal breaker was when we checked out 20 minutes after checkout, we were charged for an extra night! The location was definitely a better experience with many re
