Each day / night that my sister and I were brought a new misadventure. The first room that I was shown was not made up, and had maintenance / painting supplies in the room. After being reassigned to a new room, my room keys failed to work the following evening. The bathtub sounded as though it was ready to fall through the floor when I stood in it to take a shower. The next morning, the room keys failed to work again. It was as if the keys were being programmed for only one night at a time, instead of for the full stay. Leaving the next morning, we hung the "do not disturb" tag on the door handle as we had our personal belongings spread out in the room. We did not need maid service. Mariza, keith, Chris and all the staff are super friendly and welcoming! Housekeeping is super friendly and accommodating making my transition between places very helpful and peaceful for me and my pets. There are drinks, snacks, detergent, etc in the lobby available for purchase. Renovations are taking place so can be noisy at times if you’re working from home. Quiet at night for a good nights rest. They had a small pest problem, but I think that has been taken care of. The carpet and stairs just needs to get vacuumed daily or often as possible. Other than that I have no complaints. Close to Walmart and a variety of different restaurants as well.

TLDR : Disgusting rooms, bed bugs, poor management, homeless people and building smells like meth, heroin and pure depression. Location is great, close to everything you need and activities todo but there is a major downside. This would’ve been a 4 maybe 3 star but now it’s a one star for a few big reasons. When I came and checked in I went up to room 312 and the door was broken. Handle was completely hanging off the door itself. Then they gave me another room 213. Right next to the stairwell. This room had bed bugs. Yes, you read that right. Bed bugs. Not only that but the room was still a mess, towels for shower use were still damp and it looked like room cleaning hadn’t even touched the room. I was there for quite a while but out of nowhere I'm told to check out because of to much traffic.... I was the traffic, and a smell? My room smelled better then there hallways. And on top of that I payed cash for a day or so and never received my cash deposit back. Lovely staff but management needs improvement.

The place is very old. I requested a non smoking room and seemed like the whole floor smelled like cigarets. The hotel was under construction and the 2 rooms they showed me did not have blinds or curtains. The floors were covered in dust from the construction going on. And the beds looked like very thin spring mattress. I decided to stay elsewhere and take my loss as they did not want to refund. Probably the worst hotel experience ever.
