I recommend this property for several reasons. First, I had an excellent experience with customer service. The front desk staff were consistently helpful, answered all my questions, and explained everything with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed or as though my questions were an inconvenience. In particular, Shayna Cline, the front desk manager, was professional, kind, and proactive in helping me explore options for an extended stay. She understood my situation and did her best to help me find the most suitable room and rate. In addition, another manager was also exceptionally considerate. Positive: The rooms have everything you need. Very clean and for the most part affordable. Negative: The day shift manager who was rude beyond belief. Who charged us a late checkout immediately after 11 when we asked for a later checkout due to getting picked up by a hospital sent Uber. By doing this my card declined and the ride did not come for my wife

Front desk staff was rude. Checked me in to a dirty room. Acted like I was the problem when I asked to change rooms/or if anyone was already occupying the room. No apologies. No niceness just grumpy and irritated. Second room smelled heavily of some kind of perfume/cologne. I couldn’t put my finger on what it was but it was offensive.|||| Parking fees for what? Yall charge a fee. How else are people getting to your hotel without driving? Maybe include it in overall cost of room because it really feels like one is getting overcharged here. ||||Heads up-holds $50 night on your card for incidentals. I had almost the same amount charged for incidental and parking fee holds on my card that I paid for the room. The holds stay on your card 5-7 days. Why not be a normal hotel and just

Can't recommend this hotel enough for excellent value for the price point. Extremely large+spotlessly clean+updated rooms, above average breakfast, great amenities, and friendly staff. This hotel truly stands out among so many other hotels in the category.

The room we had in this hotel was one of the nicest we've ever seen at any price. There was a fully functional kitchen with a nice bar height counter to work or eat at. There was a full size fridge, range and microwave, and plenty of storage. A separate living room space had an L shaped couch and a huge TV. The bedroom was decent enough sized (With another huge TV) and the bathroom was excellent. The shower and toilet were separate from the sink, so two people could get ready without tripping over each other. The tile work and barn door style shower door were nice touches. This was also one of the few rooms we've been in that wasn't in need of a lot of repairs. There always seems to be loose tile, missing caulk, dented drywall, scratched paint. All was in order. The one (big) do
