Quality Inn Crystal River

We only stayed one night and found this hotel to fit our needs perfectly. The refrigerator and microwave came in very handy, the bed was plenty comfortable and the room was spacious. It's a no-frills hotel that exceeded our expectations. Steve checked us in, offered a few dinner suggestions (we asked) and was/is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. Check in time isn't until 4pm, and wouldn't you know, I arrived at 2:30...housekeeping had just finished the room I was assigned to so the front desk checked me in..and without an early check in fee! I had fresh crisp linens on the extremely comfy bed and let me tell you about the pillows...to die for awesome! I had a waffle and a couple sausages at the continental breakfast the next morning. I had a very relaxing time...

Positive: Decent sized tv but that’s about it Negative: bed was extremely hard and only given one pillow which was so small I could barely roll over without my head falling onto the bed. bugs in the bathroom and inside the light fixture near bathroom! shower head falling out of wall and tp holder was all rusty

Pros: pet friendly with excellent doggie walking space. Very quiet. Cons: old, and not in a cute, vintage way. Cleanliness could have been better, but not gross. Not a good value for the money.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this facility and our stay. We were there for a group event where room cost was the primary driver. I had read a number of reviews that led me to believe the hotel might be run down. However, our room appeared recently remodeled. It was very clean, nicely appointed, and smelled good. The staff was very helpful and very friendly, both in booking our group and at check-in.
