Quality Inn Colorado Springs South

Where do I start this hotel is amazing! Friendly staff throughout the property. Housekeeping come every day, didn't expect that. Everyone was smiling and can only assume its a great place to work. Location pretty much put you right in the middle of Colorado Springs area and access to all parts of the city is easy and doesn't take long to get anywhere. Can say enough will stay here again when I'm passing. No brainer people!

For the most part, my stay was pretty good. Staff were very nice and friendly Check-in and check-out were very easy. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good despite it being made by 'Chef Mike'. Pillows were rather soft, and barely offered any support. Please consider offering pillows that are more firm. I also liked seeing the down comforters over the old-fashioned bed spreads; however, please consider putting those down comforters inside washable duvet covers. Bed linens and mattress were nice and clean. Bath linens were clean, although a bit thin. Bathroom was nice and clean, too.

Positive: The night clerk. He is absolutely their star employee. I have never seen a front desk clerk go through so much trouble to help his guests. Negative: Standard quality and breakfast however the fruit was moldy.

Evefy hotel staff person we interfaced with was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room totally met our expectatios. We were atending a function at the Broadmoor and the location gave us great access. Signage on Lake Drive should be improved since the hotel sits back from the major street.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The room was dirty and no hot water bugs. The building looks like it's falling apart and it was very much over priced for the horrible quality of the place. The area is rundown and the the management is refusing to give us a refund even thought we only stayed 1 night and booked two and left due to what I just stated. This place is literally a scam. DONT STAY HERE!!
