Quality Inn Colorado Springs Airport

Absolutely the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in. Pool was down when we got here. The washers were broken. The shuttle to the airport is no longer running. The breakfast was dryer than hell the first day here. My bed creaked more than anyone’s. And I was locked out of my room 3 times during my stay to which not one person apologized for the inconvenience. Oh and my room smelled. What amenities really do you have if everything was broken. We asked for more towels and we were told the first time, we had to exchange out our dirty towels to get new one. The 2nd day we said something, they said they will have the room cleaned. Which thankfully they did. Such inconsistencies. Sometimes you pay for what you get and cheap is not always better.

All the front desk workers were very friendly. Breakfast was good and a great value to the stay. Having the pool and spa was nice, although it did close for maintenance during my stay, but I got to use it once. Pool was very cold however, but enjoyed the spa. Nice to have that. The infused water and coffee in the lobby was a nice surprise. Although a bit farther from the attractions we were visiting, we were very happy and would stay there again. Only thing I would mention is that I understand it is an old hotel, but those carpets are awful. Our socks were filthy and the rug felt disgusting.

Positive: Hotel was very clean, staff was EXCELLENT, pool and hot tub area were very clean. I will stay here on my next trip. Near airport. Great location. Great breakfast. VERY accommodating. Negative: No. Everything was excellent.

The rooms were nice. Comfortable beds. The pool was clean and warm. Housekeeping can in room even though I asked the not to. Front desk called and woke me up asking me to leave even though I paid for two nights. Not too bad of location but there was homeless people hanging around the parking lots

Arrived late, but the receptionist was there and very nice. The room is clean and comfortable, and with lots of plug ins by the beds. The hot tub is a good temperature as well. It was pretty quiet after hours which was great for me sleeping!
