The lady working the front desk was super nice, as well as the younger guy the next morning. The rooms were nice for this type of hotel, not luxury but clean and had refrigerator and microwave. Good price and good location by restaurants and easy access to interstate.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel. I booked and paid in full for a seven-day stay in anticipation of supporting my daughter as she gave birth. Unfortunately, due to unexpected medical complications, I had to shorten my stay. I explained the situation to the hotel and requested a refund or at least a credit for future use, as I anticipated returning frequently to assist my daughter. Despite several days of phone calls and attempts to resolve the matter, my request was denied, and I ultimately lost three nights of stay. This experience has caused a financial hardship during an already stressful and emotional time. I would like to share my experience . You need to tell people that its not for south carolina residents. Instead of telling my husband to talk to his employment this happened at night . I been letting everyone know how rude your night shift receptionist is. Plus telling us we cant get a refund because it was paid online. Nothing online says its only for tourists so . If any of you want to book this hotel go ahead but they have nicer hotels near this hotel and probably better at letting you know its for tourists. Because of this we will not go back to one of these hotels. By far the worst hotel I ever had bad service due to my significant other is from sc im from fl . Which we were visiting so we are tourists but its okay. Maybe you need to have something stating that its for TOURISTS. I'

Positive: Good location and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the highway. Hotel and rooms were overall nice. Negative: Yes, during most of our stay, the cable and internet did not work.

Front desk is friendly. The tv is on for 15 min then goes off for 10, that’s in every room because I asked the neighbors. I was trying to watch football, not a good experience. A manager insisted to come in to my room after 2 days of me staying here and didn’t want room service to make sure there were no drugs……??? I just wanted to be left alone. “Me time”.
