Quality Inn Clute Freeport

Clean, affordable and had a place for me to park my semi truck. Breakfast was lacking in every way. Only hot items were waffles. The juice machine was messed up and neither of the juices tasted right. Only half and half coffee creamer available. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. I would stay here again but plan to get Breakfast elsewhere.

Impeccably clean room recently renovated in a Scandinavian spa style with new granite countertop, fixtures, tile and paint. Wonderful service and incredible value. Will definitely come back.

Requested accessible room on Choice web site and was put in regular room without accessible bathroom and without shower bench as requested...Room 111. Could not bathe as result. Clock and microwave could not be set for use. Ice machines were out of order, so ice was not available.

Unreal they attempt to steal 200 from my card. Not one thing this rude manager Amber said is accurate. Lies about damage from previous water damage. Musty disgusting Carowinds, vent fan in bathroom inoperative, no chair I'm room, and diesnt even follow Choice Hoteks policy. Asked to use a vacuum cleaner they only had one. Told me no. Never once did dismissive manager bother to offer a different room or to check out the carpet. Nope... they wait a week then charge my card 200.00...||Corporate saud in every aspect they were wring... I asked to see tge invoice for their supposed steam ckeaning. Of course... they didn't have one. No chair in the room, worst most inexperienced staff ever. I had to practically beg for a broom...then had to go next door to a real hotel and borrow cleaner to put
