Baymont by Wyndham Clute/Lake Jackson

This place is awful. Booked a room for my parents. And their room key didn't even work. They had to try numerous different keys before they finally got it to work. Then they double charged me. And only after much complaining did they finally refund me the extra charges. And the icing on the cake, there was an overwhelming smell of Marijuana in the lobby when I first checked in. And, my mother told me later on, they got back to the hotel one day and were walking in, And someone was literally sitting outside smoking a joint. They also got back to their room and all the lights were off. And the staff told them it's because they hadn't paid the light bill

Positive: The beds were very comfortable, room was cold. Negative: There was no coffee maker in the room, we went down for breakfast at 8 AM and there was nothing left and there was no staff inside to ask if it was going to be refilled. We had two TVs in our room, both were outdated and one did not work at all.

This place in pretty nice. Compared to the other Baymont in the area, this one is the best. The room was cozy and clean. Considering all the guests in the hotel it was very quiet. Next time I am in the area. I am staying here!

Nice mattress. & love the aroma of clean linens.|Room is great.|Hotel is clean. Only i lacking star due to a breakfast that could use just alittle more love.|Management is very nice.

This room was okay. There is a lot of noise in the middle of the night. Doors slamming, and knocks on the door, and walls. They didn’t clean our rooms after we went out for a while. No fresh towels or anything., Got up at 6:30 to go eat their breakfast, and the breakfast was invisible. There was no breakfast. Why not? Won’t stay at this one again.
