Quality Inn Cleveland North

The room was clean, comfortable beds and the lady at check in was real nice and helpful. There breakfast needs help tho. It’s very simple and there’s little to no effort for a choice hotel. But over all good stay

Super nice people at the front desk! Amanda made our reservation and Dee was there when we checked in and also when we left. (Nice lobby area!) Room was clean, linens are very good and beds were comfortable. Location right near I75 is good, as we were traveling north to Ohio. Also a Target, and other places should you need something while there. Restaurants/Fast Food nearby. Pet fee was reasonable for our small pup. Hot breakfast was fine. overall, a very comfortable and a good stop for us on our drive. Please thank Amanda and Dee for their hospitality!

I had a pleasant stay at the Quality Inn. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and the overall experience smooth. The breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options, and the location felt safe and convenient, which added peace of mind. Everything was clean and well-kept, and for the price, it offered great value. Felt like home Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay with good service and a safe environment. I’d consider coming back.

The front desk person we dealt with was fantastic. He helped us with an issue we had, and there were no problems whatsoever. He absolutely could not have been nicer to us! The room was clean, and there was really nothing to complain about. We would stay again for the price.

There are a lot of other hotels in the area. Many food options in walking distance...but drive ..it's safer. The beds were comfortable and the iron worked. Shower pressure ws okay. There is a TV, microwave, mini refrigerator and a safe in the room.
