Quality Inn Chesapeake - Greenbrier

No complaints! Room was very clean and comfortable. Very little noise. Everything worked well. Price was great given the competitive area. I was given an upgraded room to boot!

When I first walked in the room I noticed the room wasn't the same as the pictures. It had old nasty box springs but the picture shows a platform bed. I began checking the room for bed bugs. I found none but looking behind the bed I found a sex toy and some tissue, the room looked like it hadn't been sweep or mopped in a while. I immediately went to the desk and he gave me a new room. That room was better in cleanliness and it looked more like the picture on the website. The bed was hard and lumpy. The first morning I realized they only left one face cloth,I went to the desk to get one but was told they were out. We had to buy our own at the store. The breakfast was free and good. Parking was great. And it is centrally located. The employees seemed nice.

The room was not cleaned well enough (residue in bed, pubic hairs on floor in bathroom and jrine stains on wall), the TV was not hooked up properly so that we could easily watch, and there was not enough towels available for our stay, even when asked, they only had partial items needed. The breakfast area was a mess. They also failed to ask or charge us for a pet stay and then made us pay for our dog after already checked in and acted like we were trying to cheat them, but we thought we paid for the dog stay in the initial payment as we had stayed with that quality inn before and additionally had already marked a pet on our booking during making booking. Felt it kind of ridiculous to have to go back and pay an extra 90 when the TV didn't even work right and we didn't have enough towels to

Room were very clean! Was given extra towels due to me needing extra... kids and myself loved breakfast! Never seen them get up willingly so early in the morning!! The staff is very nice and amazing! Housekeeping always has the rooms and hallways smelling so good! It's very quiet here and the perfect spot to get a hotel because it's walking distance to pretty much anywhere you need to go! Highly recommend coming here and would most definitely come back!

My husband and I were making a quick overnight trip to Chesapeake due to the death of a friend of his. I found this hotel on the Choice Hotels website, which I thought would be a good place for an overnight stay. Well, we came to a hotel that seemed to be rebranding and shifting its image. While the outside looked like it had been redone (but if one looked carefully, one could still see the outline of the previous hotel name sign), the rooms looked like the owners had started upgrading, but had not finished yet. The room we were in was missing the coffee maker, and the small closet where you could hang up items like suit jackets looked as though someone had taken a sledgehammer to it, but had not taken it off the wall yet.|Additionally, the room lacked towels and washcloths, which I believ
