Quality Inn - Center City

Loved- Location, Staff, Room layout & cleanliness, Breakfast variety Not great- Parking- I parked first and never got my discount. Hotel said since I paid already garage office would have to make adjustment then garage office said hotel was supposed to give me a blue sticker and they couldn't fix price. Room temperature- we were on 6th floor and our room was VERY hot but I heard other guests complaining their rooms were very cold. Water temperature- i let water run for 10 minutes before it even got a little warm to be able to shower.

I stayed here with my fiancé and had the worst experiences checking in upon arrival the hotel was very nice and had a nice assortment or breakfast items out however I wasn’t greeted upon arriving at the hotel. There was a manger and 2 other employees there who seemed to be talking about things going on at the hotel and using a lot profanity at the front desk. Apparently they don’t use nametags here so I don’t know the names…but the one of the workers smelled like marajuana wich was really overwhelming parking is extremely high even with the hotel discount but the hotel is in a great location making it convenient to find dining and places to shop and overall the room was nice set to a cool temp and the bathroom was really clean night shift was very helpful with the hotels WiFi and even brou

Great location and good value for Center City. The room was comfortable and the continental breakfast had surprisingly good waffles. Unfortunately, my double-bed room faced a busy street, and nighttime traffic and bar noise were constant. The forced-air heater was loud, and the internet was unreliable at best. Fine if you’re a deep sleeper focused on price and location; light sleepers or anyone needing decent Wi-Fi should look elsewhere.

I would like to express my satisfaction with the stay in the hotel Quality inn center city. In particular I have admiration and gratitude to the staff who made lot of efforts and made my stay extra comfortable. They got me extra lamp as I have to work. They were perfect guides in the Philly especially for the best restaurants near by in neighborhood. Happy new year Respectfully Stanislaw Cieniuch

Very conveniently located. Front desk staff is not overly friendly, but the room was clean. Be prepared to hear noise from the street all hours of the day and night. The elevator and hallways are some of the most narrow I’ve seen in my life, but overall this place was decent especially considering the affordable price.
