Quality Inn Allen - Plano East

We love the indoor Jacuzzis and the people that run the place are the sweetest people to work with. They are very accommodating and patient. We were running late getting out of the 3 rooms we rented and they were wonderful about it. The bedding is white which I always appreciate

The staff was welcoming. The hotel room was fine but could definitely use some maintenence. The in-room coffee pot did not work. The hallway had a very strange smell. The smell didn't extend to the room. Perhaps it said on the website and we missed it - there was no elevator. This normally is no problem for us but this time we had 2 heavy pieces of luggage. The staff offered us a room downstairs but we didn't want to be disturbed by people walking above our heads. We used the hot tub and very few lights were on in the pool area and the staff, who could see we were in there, did not offer to turn on more lights. Speaking of the hot tub, it had no real jets just some weak bubbles. If could also use maintenance.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The overall experience met my expectations, Particularly because the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hot tub in the room was clean and well-maintained, with good water pressure in the jets.

Positive: I like the atmosphere at this quality Inn and all of the front desk staff are so friendly there's no particular staff member they're all so nice and friendly also the housekeepers do a great job cleaning.great hoousekeepers Negative: The Breakfast.I realize it is Continental if they had more of hot breakfast it would be nice

Okay let me tell you about the area….LADIES YOU WILL BE FOLLOWED IF YOU WALK AROUND EVEN TO THE TARGET DOWN THE STREET! The rooms aren’t awful they have a were onion garlic smell sometimes idk why…but the area it’s in is AWFUL. Had to call 9 1 1 because me and my husband were being followed to the hotel. We were followed for a mile or so. This is not a good area! Stuck in the room now and my husband is a big guy but we were still followed, this means the crazy people of the area were not intimidated if you are with someone else. That’s more dangerous. I suggest this place gets security because it’s BAD this area. Always look behind you. Incase I don’t survive, the guy was slim, darker skin, head band on mouth to over, skinny joggers, hoodie, short hair, slimmer fit, backpack is black with
