La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Allen at The Village

Had an issue with the air conditioner on the first day but was quickly moved to another room. Everything here is top notch. Breakfast was great. Plenty of options. Great location. Safe and convenient to the interstate and Walmart. The only real complaint I have is that I wish they would verbally communicate when your rooms will be cleaned. They have a sign up on the front desk, you won't really know to look for it. Most places usually clean every other day unless you request otherwise. Like I said nothing major. Staff is great. Will definitely stay here again. Another plus is pets are welcome.

Yes, the manager. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very helpful. I was there after a trip from Tennessee and as soon as I got to hotel my truck broke down. The manager helped me like I was not expecting. I am very thankful for him after I had a $3800 bill to fix my truck. He didn't pay my bill but help me in a way that I was not expecting. This 1 act was the difference between me being able to fix my truck and get back safe to my home in Tennessee. God bless this man.

Positive: Great location, good price, friendly staff Negative: Since it is October the outside pool area was closed. It would have been nice to close the pools but leave the area open for outside seating. When asked why it was closed they said it was because it was too cold to use the pool. . It was 88 degrees.

I had an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience at this hotel. On the first night of my stay, I slept in my original room and was bitten by bed bugs. After reporting the issue, I was transferred to a different room. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve. Both rooms had strong, unpleasant odors, and the second room I was moved to had poop stains on the toilet seat, which is completely unsanitary. I checked out and left the property the following morning as soon as I reasonably could. The only reason I stayed the second night was due to a winter storm, which made it unsafe to leave immediately. Otherwise, I would not have remained at the hotel at all. To make matters worse, I had significant difficulty getting in contact with hotel staff or receiving a timely response abo

Great experience. Clean room. The check in process was easy and I was greeted at the front door by a smiling face! She was very sweet and helpful. Checkout was easy. Oh and breakfast was good!
