Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas NE - Allen by IHG

Score: 3.7/10 The Wi-Fi here is absolute unusable garbage. It clocked at a whopping 0.06 Mbps. It’s probably because I was on the 4th floor, what with physical obstructions and signal interference, but no way I am excusing such awful speeds. This is plain unacceptable and should never be this slow in any public building. Everything else like the cleanliness and breakfast were fine, however. Avoid this place if you want to binge YouTube or have lots of heavy online tasks to complete.

Staff was great but room needed some repairs. Tub faucet needs repairs, wall mood lights have a short, windows need cleaning on outside, and the room phone didn't work. Even though the room had these issues, it still wouldn't deter me from staying here again. The location was great. Easy access to freeway and eateries around. And the free breakfast was as good as usual!

Premises very clean and well maintained. Rooms look, feel, and smell great! Breakfast was a delight! Thank you Sonia (Breakfast lady) for keeping everything so fresh and neat! Front desk staff very friendly and helpful! Would return to this location in a heartbeat!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know about the exemplary service that I had at my stay at the Holiday Inn in Alan Texas. there is a young lady here by the name of Amber who works at the desk in the afternoon. I had had an absolutely horrible day and this young lady made my life so much better I cannot begin to tell you what an incredible employee. This young lady is and everything about the room was amazing. Everything about the staff was amazing. This place is probably the best hotel in Alan, Texas for sure. Thank you Shannan Browning.

The front desk receptionist was so nice and gracious. My stay here went so smoothly; there were no problems and the room was great.
