Hyatt Place Dallas/Allen

Hotel was beautifully kept, staff was very kind and helpful. Especially Amanda who really went the extra mile. Rooms were large and very clean, 3 pillows per bed which was a plus for us pillow loving people. The breakfast was very nice- we travel a lot and there was a lot of choice for the picky eaters. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We were a large group of 10 and were given the royal treatment by the staff!

I had to stay there because I had a problem with my apartment so they put me there. The location was great. The lobby is really nice. The rooms are really pretty and the breakfasts were wonderful. The reason I gave it to three was when I got checked in the first night and I was a little frazzled because there was a bad chemical smell where I lived so they put me in the hotel. The girl was slow, not very Customer Service geared and I was tired and I wanted to go to sleep and it took a while . The breakfast made up for it and I ate it in my room w my coffee in the room , and left for the day The next night when I got home there wasn’t much parking so I parked near a bldg close and went upstairs. Expecting a nicely made bed and clean room. However, my breakfast from the morning was still sit

My mother and I were in town for medical appointments. The hotel was convenient to Hwy 75, Sam Rayburn Expressway and North Central Expressway. The room was exceptionally clean. The sitting area plus the bed was a great combo. The tv was huge and was turnable from couch to bed. The bathroom had what we consider a walk-in shower. The breakfast was the best of any hotel we have ever stayed.

Had a great stay at Hyatt Place Dallas/Allen. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Special thanks to Vivian at the front desk — she was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She made check-in smooth and answered all our questions with patience. Excellent customer service and a very welcoming experience overall. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience at Hyatt Place in Allen, TX. My family & I were warmly greeted at the door by Amanda. The accommodations were very clean & considerate to our request for our kid's room to be on the same floor during a busy holiday season. We are so grateful for the care we received while staying at this location. Thank you to every staff member for a delightful stay.
