Quality Inn

Had to ask for light bulbs for the lamps. TV did not work. Bathroom door had two large holes that had been patched at least twice and there were stains on the bedding. Disgusting! Non-smoking room reached of smoke. Do not stay here. And there were creepy people scoping out cars in the parking lot.

My stay at this particular Quality Inn wasn't pleasant at all and I would not recommend this location to any of my family, friends, or colleagues. I was assigned to a converted smoking room to a non-smoking room [room #128] that smelled like cigarette smoke. In fact, the bed sheet/cover had several burn holes in it. The room phone didn't work, the ceiling, curtains, walls, carpet, bed sheets, and furniture were either dirty and/or rusted, and white plaster [hole filler] was on the bathroom door and walls. The microwave oven wasn't cleaned nor was the top of the toilet. The TV remote was taped together, and the TV was faded. My clothes smelled like cigarette smoke when I left. No one was manning the front desk during the two occasions I went there to comment on the room condition. I

Poorly maintained motel, however pool was clean and clear. When checking out at 7:30 am myself and another person literally had to bang (hard) on the door to the staff's apt. to get someone to come out to take our card keys and let them know we were checking out. Needless to say there was no apology for having no one attending the front desk during a time of check out.

Was charged 158 dollars twice .its been 3 monthes and I get the run around from the manager. 2 nights no heat in my room third night changed heater but no price adjustments. I was there to day asking about the over payment 3 monthes now.manager Charlie Patel says we are trying to figure it out but we can give you a room for 55 dollars ...WHAT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE IVE OVERPAID AND YOU WANT MORE MONEY WHILE YOU FIGURE IT GOING ON 4 MONTHES.....WOW

I have called up there several different times on several different days to try to cancel a room I paid for back in June for a stay in Sept. Needless to say the manager seems to never be there (or at least this is what I'm told) no matter what time of day you are trying to call. I been wasting my time for the past week to call up there and leave messages that get completely blown off. You better hope to have a good stay here, because getting ahold of a manager on the phone is completely impossible.
