Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Atlanta Acworth

The hotel staff ( vibes ) were very positive, cheerful and uplifted my mood. I ask for a room upgrade and there was no problem. Loved the price. The rooms really was perfect. The rooms were neat and clean, no bad smell and the air conditioner worked. I had my tv and my husband had his. To us- the ( COVID19 ) precautions, were in place- that we could see- were taken. Wearing masks, Food display and Six feet apart at Staff counter. The area the hotel is in- is ( great ) plus, the walking distant to the Restaurants. My room, front view was very comforting, We hope to return again this year.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally helpful staff at this Fairfield. While it's a typical Fairfield layout, they are deserving of a 5 star review in my book. Shawn, asst. manager, and Sharyne, manager, along with the other staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility and our room were very clean. I rely on customer experience reviews when traveling, so I wanted to let others know this Fairfield is a good choice if you're traveling through Ackworth.

Garrett was at the front desk when we arrived and when we checked out and he was AMAZING. So caring and helpful and attentive to detail. Our room was just what we needed and the included breakfast fueled our day. Loved that there was free, fresh hot coffee 24/7 — a nice touch that I definitely took advantage of. Thank you Garrett and Fairfield of Acworth!

Visiting family in the area with elderly (85+) parents. The parking sucks! Y'all need to figure it out with the bar next door. Make them park at Publix. I will not recommend this hotel for this reason. My next visit with family in the area will have us staying elsewhere. We will not use this hotel again until we are assured that parking is addressed.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in at one of the best prices. Front desk employee was friendly and gave us rooms away from noisy guests. We were on a long road trip and only there to sleep. Clean room good breakfast!! Would definitely stay here again
