Pratt Country Estates Mobile Home and RV Park

We aren't worth speaking to, apparently. After attempts at written communication with the management/landlords all we've received back are notices. The new management team has declined to meet with us on the issue of a land leasing agreement (as we have inherited ownership of our trailer from my deceased grandfather). The management goes as far as posting their notices on the door rather than trying to actually serve them in person and all attempts at trying to work with them are met with silence.

Me and my family are very sad to leave this place. We had a wonderful experience here. And the main reason for that is Becky, she is a fantastic landlord and operator of the park. Not only is she kind with a great sense of humor, she is great about fixing problems within the hour. We didn't have many issues in the first place, but If we did it was fixed immediately. She is always on top of keeping her tenants happy, and she does it with a smile which always made us feel at home. Best place to rent in Pratt, KS hands down. Very affordable and you get 5 star treatment.

Lived here 15+ years an on a scale 1-10; 3 is being generous. I've seen my lot rent increase 4 times in the last 3 years under the same ownership; bordering on criminal wouldn't you say. There is no grass, moles cover my yard (by the way I've made several attempts to have them removed), stickers and weeds run rampant, an worse of all no lighting. Last but not least we have had a change in four different Park Mangers in the last three years; which means a majority of the time complaints go un resolved. I SURE HOPE THE OWNERS READ THIS BECAUSE SOME THINGS NEED TO GET RESOLVED!!!
