Baymont by Wyndham Pratt

I had trouble with the TV and there was no one to help The only person in the hotel was the person at the checkin desk. There was a cleaning person getting ready to leave when we checked in at 5:30 P.M. there were 2 remote controls and I accidentally got off Cox cable and had trouble getting it back. No one at the hotel could help me. The 2nd remote had a button for Netflix and one for Prime. No programs were available on the 2nd remote. It would be nice if there were a card available by the tv explaining what programs were available and the numbers for those stations. We liked the spacious room with a couch, small microwave, and mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet and furniture seemed relatively new and in good condition. This is one of the cleanest, quietest and friendly hotels I have stayed at. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Linda and Megan to the time I checked out with Jessica at the desk. The room was very spacious and comfortable with free Wi-Fi, breakfast was very good with hot and cold food choices, the dining room was spotless just like the rest of the hotel. Thank you to the entire staff for an enjoyable stay!

Clean room and bathroom was very clean. I liked that there was a bathtub and it was not plastic. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was better than most hotels. I would stay again.

The rooms are a little dated, but clean and cared for. We got here late, and the gentleman behind the desk was friendly and helpful. There are 4 hotels within a stones throw, and the location is obviously convenient if you're in the area. So far, so good. I'll update this review if breakfast is subpar or excellent, I'm expecting the standard fare, including a waffle bar as noted by the helpful desk clerk.
