Quality Inn - Pratt

From the moment I walked in and saw stiff carpet squares instead of nice carpeting I knew it wouldn't be good. The large light fixture over the sink never went on. Either we couldn't find a switch or there were no bulbs. An empty Kleenex box was sitting on the counter. Blew my nose with toilet paper. The shower head is either very old or it needs to be cleaned. The worst part of all, up along the top of the shower was so much mold!!! That's needs to addressed..... the care of this hotel and this room in particular. I would love a partial refund!! The one good thing was the bed was pretty comfortable.

Staff was not friendly. I stayed there for a week and room was only cleaned twice. We only got enough towels for one day at a time. Had to go to front desk to get more towels multiple times. Business center was not open. Bathroom sink had a crack in it and the stopper wasn't functional. Building is in desperate need to updates. Several band aids have been put on this location.

Great experience, only stayed for a night but the front desk staff was so friendly and courteous! I did not get her name but whoever was working all day on 03/06/26 was awesome! Thank you for making our trip even better

This property attempted to charge my credit card multiple times for a 25.00 fee that was not disclosed at check in. I informed them of a pet charge that needed to be added and paid for 6 non guests who were family members that would be using the pool. Which is a ridiculous charge. It’s not like on a Tuesday evening we would be keeping other guests from swimming. Those charges were added in but have no idea what the 25.00 charge was for. This caused my credit card company and I to shut off that card and now I’m waiting for a replacement card with new number.

Previously stayed at Choice Hotels properties and was always satisfied. Breakfast was quite good too. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee. Gave the gravy a good stir!
