Rut 'N Strut Lodge

The well thought out and executed floor plan of this lodge made it so comfortable and accessible. It was quiet even tho easily accessible from the highway and short distance from town. Very clean, inviting and private.

I brought the Kansas FFA Officers to the lodge as part of a two-day training/retreat opportunity. What a gem of a location! The lodge was well appointed with the essentials in the kitchen. Loved the comfortable seating areas where we could gather to visit and the farmhouse table was perfect for a relaxing game of cards. The beds were comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries for our group. If there are any downsides, I might suggest a mirror in the living room area or may be the bedroom areas as it did make the morning routines a little challenging with our group clamoring for the two bathroom spaces -- but other than that, it was a terrific stay. Will definitely book the lodge again for the same even in 2022!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. It is extremely nice, comfortable, and quiet. Very obvious that it is owned by a fellow outdoorsman, as it has everything a traveling hunter may need. From lockers to hang gear in the mud room to a heated shop set up for cleaning game, this place has it all. Fully furnished with dishes, washer, dryer, outdoor grill, etc. it is an oasis for a traveler. The ONLY downside is that it stays booked up, and rightfully so. This will be my top choice for lodging when visiting Kansas again in the future.

These are beautiful cabins. We hosted an graduation party while we were there. Comes with wood for fire pits, smores sticks and chairs outside. This was a awesome place and the host really made sure we had everything we needed! Thanks for letting us stay! Check this out!

This lodge is wonderful. Super clean with everything you need. It is perfect for a large group due to its design. There were only two of us and it felt like home. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this lodge to anyone.
