simple place. No frills. All utilities included with the lot rent. Direct access to the bay, drop in your kayak Just down the street is the new Public Boat Ramp and Fishing Pier. $600/mo

Do not trust the other reviews or the website. They do not have 50amp sites, they do not have a laundry room. They do not have bathrooms. The website says monthly rate is $600 - $700. I booked a 50 amp pull through site and got charged $1000. When I got there the site number I was given was a 30 amp back in and obviously had a permanent resident. All the pull throughs were 30 amp. I called the number for the office since they do not have on site management. They did not answer and never called back. I had to find another park with a month of availability starting the same day. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of better and cheaper RV parks in the area.

Terrible. Noice all night. Didn't get much sleep. Wouldn't recommend for traveling

I had a family reunion in this area and found this RV park and didn't want to leave! Well maintained and very friendly community environment. I'd highly recommend this to anyone that is in the area.

recommended to me by my brother, They have one of the cheapest place to rent in the area. Wifi is good. Thumbs up!
