Best Western Plus Portland

We came to this area for some bird photography opportunities. This was right off the highway. So squeaky clean everything was shiny. The staff was fantastic. So kind you felt like Family. Mata was exceptional during our stay. Happy hour is 6 to 8 and they have draft beer. We also got some pretzels and popcorn. Breakfast was real scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, and refried beans with lots of other choices. Great stay!

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was refreshing. Breakfast was fresh and stayed replenished with eggs, fruit, waffle mix, sausage, and the item of the day. The gym had nice equipment that allowed for a good workout. All of the staff were amazing, kind, and accommodating. Lucinda was especially outstanding and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Stayed at this property for a few days. The front dest staff is very helpful and understanding the rooms were clean and up to date , but that's where it ends!! The first day of my stay, the breakfast was awful cold empty food trays, I asked to have my room cleaned and towels changed was not done asked again and was told it was done but wasn't according to front desk the cleaning people marked it was done but wasn't couldn't get a clear answer because the cleaning person didnot speaking English. When I did receive new towels, they were stained!!!|Once checked out, I did not receive my receipt by email. I tried to contact the manager , Mr K to complain about my stay left messages no answer says it all about the hotel!!|The hotel was still under construction and there were only 4 tables to

Even with hotel undergoing renovations, what matters works: clean rooms, luggage carts available, quiet, & nice hot breakfast. Especially nice welcome for BW Rewards members. Will be back!

I’ve stayed in many hotels in the past 20 years. The best part of staying at this location is the Kind, Accommodating, Friendly Staff ! Lucinda, April and Mata will greet you as a friend when you walk through the front door and everyday as long as your stay! This is the Main reason to stay here! Thank you staff for your service!
