Pointes North Inn

Wow!!!! Pointes North Inn room 203 was incredible! The location is perfect. We were right by the bridge where we could watch the boats coming and going right from the high top table on the deck. We walked to the shops and to the light house. Not having to coordinate sharing a car with our group of 5 was lovely. The condo itself was the perfect combination of homey and a beach get away. It had a beautiful kitchen setup which allowed us to make most of our breakfasts and lunches in house. Cooking here was nicer than any other rental I have been to because of the well-stocked, well-maintained kitchen utensils. The owners really thought of everything! Beyond the kitchen, this condo almost made it more tempting to hang out here rather than enjoying the beautiful Charlevoix area. We gathered

This place is a dump. We stayed in unit 210. NO view of the lake as advertised. Lots of dirty dishes, 1990's carpet in bedroom, futon - not a couch in the living room. Mismatched furniture on the very dirty patio. High top table with wicker furniture and no cushions. Dog biscuit, paper towel wadded behind bedside stand and an old wooden spoon in the windowsill for "security"? Crazy!||A broken picture frame on the wall outside our door. Pool area was dirty and stairways covered in dust. Oh, and our toilet was used, not flushed and not working when we arrived...ugh! Unfortunately we had no where else to go since it's northern Michigan in the summer and everything was really busy. Otherwise we would have left.

We stayed in Pointes North Inn room 202 for NYE and it was a blast! Not only could we walk everywhere, but we even watched the New Years Eve bridge drop right from the slider door. The rooms were cozy and accommodated our group of 4 nicely. The master bath was beautiful and the kitchen was easy to navigate. They even had a washer/dryer which would be perfect for a longer stay. The nautical decor almost made me forget the snow piling up outside. I would want to try staying in the summer where I could enjoy the spacious deck more!

Stayed in 203. Love that place. Super cute, comfortable and clean. Huge TVs in all rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the double sinks in the main bathroom. It's right by the bridge. We just parked and could easily walk to the pier, beach and downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay — we even considered extending! It was walking distance from downtown and we had access to a couple great breakfast and dinner spots! Housekeeping and front desk were super helpful and responsive during our stay!
