I LOVE this park! I have been a full-time rv-er and living here for over a year and have nothing negative to say about this park. It’s peaceful and quiet. For the most part, the residents are quiet, helpful, friendly and respectful to others. The park is clean and tidy. Dumpster area, laundry facility and community baths are clean. The owner, Barney, is very helpful and attentive and does everything to accommodate to residents’ needs. He constantly finds ways to improve the park. The park’s rules and guidelines set by this owner ensure me that my living in this park will be a peaceful one for many years to come. I couldn’t be happier living in this park ❤️

I love the layout and location of this park. Surrounded by the Big Thicket and very peaceful!

Very quiet park with level concrete pads. First in one of 4 brand new pads to the back which I recommend. Still a lot of dirt until the grass comes in. Owner Pat is on site most days and is super friendly. Great hiking trails here.

The owner Mr. Pat is very friendly/ professional. He cares about his tenants. Haven't ran into any major issues. We have 4 kids and haven't had issues with anyone. We've been here 1 year.
