Cabins in the Thicket

My family and I had an awesome stay at Cabins in the Thicket. We kayaked, caught a few big bass, grilled, had a campfire and made s'mores. We played cards and dominoes and really got to unwind and relax. We hope to return in the Fall when it's cool! Cant wait to visit again.

If you want an unplugged, relaxed vacation in the beautiful Big Thicket preserve, then this is it. No wifi, weak cell signal. Cabin is clean and well equipped, we used the canoe. Full kitchen. Owners are nice and responsive.

Super clean, very quiet, beautiful place to kick back and relax. Did some canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and hiking.

My family and I had the most relaxing weekend at the Sundew cabin. Enjoyed company, food and drink, fishing and playing cards without any phone signals. All the basic amenities from home that you need are here, just bring food and drinks, clothes and fishing gear. I can't wait to go back for more!

Very secluded, quiet ,no traffic noise ,no light pollution ,giving a grand view of the night sky. As close to nature as you want. Clean and comfortable cabin ,a place to visit that is hard to leave ! These cabins are the best place to stay in order to visit Big Thicket National Preserve . They are so close to the Visitor Center ,it is worth the stay .
