From the moment I arrived it was such a great experience. The valet although being busy and taking longer than expected I was attended to well and when I left one of the valet members remembered my last name which was appreciated. The room was nice and roomy for a solo travel. I liked the balcony that came with my room. The only thing that irked me slightly was after the doors closed at midnight I was asked twice if I had my key card. I was also asked if I was a guest. I understand security reasons but I felt like it was quite unnecessary to be asked multiple times and it made me feel uncomfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff (Luke) greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the beautiful decor and ambiance of the lobby. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, boasting stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to enjoy restful nights. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I look forward to returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort and stunning views. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

My husband and I spent a few days over the Christmas Holiday. We can't say enough about the Staff. The staff was always attentive, saying hello or good morning, good evening whenever they passed you. The holiday decorations were over the top beautiful, they even made it snow every night when we were at the outside beautiful bar. Just a gorgeous facility and spa. The pool is heated so we had to take an evening swim! Wonderful, nicely lit! We stayed in a room with two queen size comfortable beds, nice layout of the room. The entire hotel was immaculate and very comfortable and inviting. There is the never ending construction in San Antonio, no fault of the hotel's, so it took and effort to make our way to the hotel. We loved our stay! The hotel is so beautiful, feels lush and calm, smells amazing, great food options, and the heated pool area is very nice. Every staff member was so helpful and truly wanted to make our stay as wonderful as possible. We loved the welcoming feeling of our experience. Several staff really stood out as offering excellent guest service: Luis Z., Israel M., Jade, and Tracy. |We loved how walkable the area around the hotel was and we easily walked to the Riverwalk and the Alamo. |We enjoyed our time at the spa as well! Two of us had relaxing facials and one had the best massage ever. |We found the value to be excellent and enjoyed our room.

From the moment I pulled in, the experience was nothing less than amazing. Service in every area, valet, bellman, check in, restaurant, it was all 5 star. The food in Corinne while expensive was worth every penny. The most delicious meal I have ever had. The room was so clean and beautiful. Huge walk in shower which is almost never seen in a hotel. The location was walkable to everything I needed and wanted to do. What a lovely, relaxing stay. Thank you!
