Plaza Hotel

Vintage hotel, well preserves. The rice is unbearable and the staff was welcoming and helpful. A shout out to the cleaning lady.. yeah, baby! Good job.

You get what you pay for. Simple, basic, & pretty quiet for the crowd of people who stay here. I've never had a problem staying here, it's cheap and I've never experienced any bugs or excessive issues. Rooms are whatever, basic furniture, could use new bedding but we always bring our own blankets to sleep with anyways. Everyone complains about the owners/employees but I always have a nice experience dealing with them, they are quiet And straight to the point but never been rude or made me feel unwelcome. Overall it's decent especially for the cheap price. One of the cheapest prices you'll find in the South Bay. If you mind your business and keep to yourself and don't cause any rif raf you won't have any problems staying here.

Bed bugs!!!!!!! Once I brought it to the attention to clerk in the front desk, he reply," okay, and?" No refund ( obviously I did not want a new room)I just left to another hotel. I had to shower for three straight hours using bug spray.

Horrible rooms horrible service Employees are very rude and lazy. I do not recommend you stay at this hotel at all it was honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life as a traveler of the Galaxy. I am currently in the hospital for hundreds of bed bugs bite and this hotel is a infested over priced slum. The a.c. filter in room 102 is caked up with dirt and mildew. The maid is a thief. And the shower and toilet stay clogged up to. The Chinese owner/manager does nothing but sit at the front desk and takes money. This dump doesn't deserve to be called the plaza.
