Holiday Inn Los Angeles Gateway - Torrance by IHG

Stayed here for six nights. The room was nice. The location is kinda odd, like an industrial park, so there wasn’t really any stores or restaurants local, but it also meant there wasn’t much traffic and noise. It offered free parking. We got breakfast included with our room and it was definitely worth it. It was a buffet with omelets, French toast, breakfast potatoes, bacon, a fruit bar, coffee, juice, cereals, pastries… delicious! The hotel also had a nice guest laundry… $2 to wash, $2 to dry.

Check-in went really smooth even though we had arrived later in the evening. It was much appreciated since we had a long day at a theme park. Hotel is under renovations but we luckily got to stay in a renovated room which was great!! The room is updated, modern, and consistent with the newer holiday inn decor. Great customer service provided by Yadira at the front desk. Not only did she make the check in process smooth, she was also very professional and friendly.

Positive: The hotel staff was excellent. They were under renovation. You couldn't tell because they made your stay excellent. Negative: You had to pay for parking every day.When you already paid for your room.

This place was absolutely fantastic. For the price we paid I was not expecting this level of comfort, service, or cleanliness. The bed was just as comfortable as the last five-star hotel we stayed at! And they have a free shuttle service that made our errands and dinner plans an absolute breeze. Shout-out to the shuttle driver, Kenneth, he was extremely kind and accommodating.

As a regular guest at your hotel, I am always amazed at the level of quality and value. Your staff is excellent in every way. Barbara (Front Desk), was a real blessing to me, after I had been on a long trip, exhausted. She made room for me. Your new renovated rooms were very nice. I hope Holiday Inn Gateway will keep their standards high, no matter who takes over. Many blessings, Shalom!!
