Positive: Room size. Affordability. Location. Cleanliness. Parking Negative: The only thing was the restaurant being closed the days we were there.

You’re not going to find a better location! The Pivovar is centrally located if you’d like to walk to the Silos, restaurants, bars. Parking is on site, and free! Don’t show up too early. The desk was unoccupied for several hours but we parked and sent them an email, to keep from getting towed. LOL! We went next door to the brewery and had a couple of AMAZING beers, and a great charcuterie board! About the room. It’s supposed to be a Czech themed hotel but you can’t tell. The furniture seemed out of place, and there was zero Czech decor, besides a couple of throws in the room. Not impressed. But the room was very clean, AC worked great, linens were fresh, nice towels, ironing board and iron, hair dryer in the room, and an ice maker on both floors. And A CEILING FAN! I’d stay there again.

Wife and I stopped in for the beer bath experience. Wonderful! Only issue is if you would like a flight and charcuterie you need to schedule your visit when the restaurant is open. We were there early on a Wednesday and the only option was a can of the beer that was brewed in the Pivovar brewery. Beer was excellent! The bath was awsome, relaxing, soothing and left your skin silky smooth, no shower required afterwards.

High expectations but dissapointed. For the positives, this is a very pretty hotel, and the rooms are exactly what I'd expect for an upper class Waco hotel. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. The beer is exactly as expected for a Czech place, and being a Texan I really, really appriciate that. The Negatives: As other reviewers stated, this place does feel like the owner's are resting on their laurels a bit, and letting the place decay without attention to the items reported by their guests. In my experience, which was to be a relaxing night to rest before driving further northward. The room fridge, which I only noticed about 3-4am was so loud that it vibrated items in the bathroom, but of course a low enough frequency that I didn't notice it until I just di

This is next to the Silos so didn't have to worry about where to park. Several great eating placed within walking distance. The front desk ladies were so sweet and very friendly. Rooms were so nice and clean. The beds are a little hard, no extra blankets in the rooms. They do not offer breakfast, but they do have a restaurant. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Waco.
