Pisgah Point Camping Area & Boat Ramp

Beautiful place to camp without hookups. Swimming

This a beautiful camping area with amazing views and apparently some great fishing, swimming, and hiking. There is a vault toilet and a trash receptacle available but no potable water. The cell service is decent enough to watch a movie (2 to 3 bars on Verizon). This is a moderately popular spot in the daytime, but it is very quiet and peaceful in the evening. Absolutely a favorite spot in the LBL.

Great place to camp in the fall. Mostly tent sites . Require a back country permit. Roads can be kinda rough going back to it . there are very few spots for campers . And there is a 7 ton weight limit bridge on the road back to this location

Beautiful weather, beautiful view, small vault toilet room that probably should be cleaned a little more but not the worst camping bathroom I've ever seen. Lots of camp fire rings and places to set up. Had a very enjoyable 2 nights here at pisgah point. Wish we could stay longer. I would recommend to go to Neville bay though. Much better view. We also checked out ginger bay but would recommend it only with 4 wheel drive, terrible roads over there. Go once and not really leave your site if you go to ginger bay. Overall beautiful park. Bison babies were adorable too!!

Loved camping at lbl. I recommend taking advantage of the basic and dispersed camping 3 night pass. It's ten bucks for each person over 18. Pigsah point was beautiful.
