Pigeon Forge Landing RV Resort

Absolutely beautiful park. We stayed in one of the cabins by the river while in town for business. Very nice, clean modern cabins with a beautiful river right out the front door. Park is immaculate. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub but everything looked great. Management makes sure everything is perfect. All staff is very professional. Excellent location, right in the middle of everything but far enough off the main drag to be nice and quiet. We will be back but will be staying longer!

We stay here at least once a year. Staff is always friendly and nice. Wash rooms are always clean. Well manicured lawns and a site in the stream is great!. We have probably camped here five times and it never disappoints. Close to everything and in Pigeon Firge that’s a big deal.

RCV Outdoors Location on the Little Pigeon River and also straddles the Two City Lines !! We've been here full time for over a year now. We found them by accident as they don't really advertise. The property is huge. All sites are Concrete padded with both Pull Thru and Back in Spots with 30/50 hookups and 2 standard outlets water and septic. All sites are also Big Rig Friendly. River Side Tent Camping is also available. Ample Overflow Parking near the Office. This RV Resort has 2 Bath house locations along with Laundry Facilities. Office Space and a small Fitness Area along with a Heated Pool and Hot Tub with a VIEW. The Views are spectacular especially snow capped. Short Term, Long Term and month to Month are all available. Stayed here in September of 2021 for a rally, it was newer park at this time. It was clean, and well maintained. Decided to book there again for an upcoming trip since I had a good experience. To find their pet policy says no breed specific, very disappointing, as I liked this park. Oh well found another park a few miles that was $200 cheaper for the same time period with the same hook ups.

Really large (80') concrete sites with best-in-class hookups. Excellent water pressure and very quiet location with a great view. I was also very much appreciative of the ease of the late check-in process, and the ease of booking the site online. Just some informational neutral feedback, in case it is helpful for you, is that it appears like this place attracts retirees and/or single couples. I don't think I saw a single child playing outside while walking our dogs (on a weekend afternoon of perfect weather). I think I maybe saw two children using the pool during our first few days here. I also noticed that there were a lot of very expensive Newmar rigs with one being $1M (I asked the owner). I would also say that the rest appeared to be part-timers in the upper echelon of incomes (based
